Amazing multiplayer Mining Game

This is a game about mining !

This is super super early in development, and I have many more plans for the game.

Here's a quick rundown of the controls and gameplay loop:

Controls:

• WASD - Movement
• Space - Jump
• E - Interact
• Left Click - Grab objects, Use held items
• V - Cycle inventory selection
• Q - Drop item
• Right Click (hold) - Throw grabbed item (only when ability unlocked)

Gameplay loop:

Where you first spawn is your hub area. Places of interest include:

• Cave entrance (Ominous black wall)
• Shop (It says shop)
• Cashout station (The one with the red BUTTON)

The ore there is meaningless, I need to delete that

For the cave, usual order of operations are as follows:

1.  Mine the ore clusters
2. Bring the ore to the ore bucket
3.  Repeat
4. Escape before the timer runs out!

Then, use the money you made to buy epic stuff!

I would love for people to comment and give me feedback, that kind of motivation really helps!

Planned features:

1.  Objective based cave system (Choose a mission from a selection, such as a bulk order or specific item retrieval. Once you complete it in cave, you can stay overtime before the timer runs out and do things im uncertain of)
2.  Craft pickaxes using ore (instead of buying them), and different ore has base effects (ex. iron has mining speed, gold is fortune)
3.  Ore has rarity / condition
4.  Placeable objects that persist for a certain amount of cave runs (zipline, trampoline)
5.  Revamp cave timer system

Saving and loading:

Auto save after a cave run, manual save in pause menu. Saving will save your character and the world

World saves are linked to your specified world name, so don't forget it!

To load a world, enter the world name of that saved world into the text bar, then host the game

Of course, report any problems! This is my first time submitting a project on itch, so i hope this works and stuff
